Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or discounted/sale items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at clothinglookstore@gmail.com or call us on +91 7778067120 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and product details.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for shipping the product back.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size and color variations (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or opt for a refund.


Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or as store credit.


Important Notes

  • Return shipping charges may be applicable in some cases (except for defective or wrong products sent by us).

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Clothing Look will bear the complete return and replacement cost.

  • Please ensure proper packaging while returning products to avoid damage during transit.
